Advanced Chat System allows you to send messages to the global server for everyone to see and send private messages to each other. The plugin also contains a chat filter that will automatically filter profanity messages. It also allows you to set spam prevention that stops users from spamming a certain number of characters before they get a cooldown for x amount of seconds. Character Limitations will allow you to limit how much the user can type in one message. If you don't want the whole hosting of a global server for all chats, that's fine; you can turn the chat off by going into the project settings and turning this setting off. It will allow you to use the same dedicated server chat.

You can add your own custom words for the profanity filter and have the preset profanity words or clear the list and start from scratch. Add your custom welcome message. Easily add your player options when a player is clicked inside the chat.
